As maintenance coordinator, I manage all the technicians. I've also launched a training program so that I can soon train the next generation of technicians myself. With my 28 years of experience, I can pass on a great deal of expertise to the younger generation.

Andrea's workday
Réparer les pannes le plus rapidement possible est ma mission. I start around 6:30 a.m. and immediately check for any outages or problems overnight. Then, I prepare my daily meeting with my colleagues for 8:30 a.m., and then I go around to each department to see if there have been any issues. Finally, I work with my colleagues to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
That's how Andrea ended up at Plukon.
When I finished my studies, the head of Plukon's technical department was on the final exam board. He approached me afterward to ask if I'd like to apply. I did so without hesitation. I started immediately after my studies and have never left the company.
