Martine

Quality assistant

As a Quality Assistant, I primarily focus on quality control. This includes checking residual oxygen levels, inspecting frying oil, and performing calibrations. The variety in my tasks is very rewarding, something I wouldn't want to miss.

That's why Martine works at Plukon

  • I have fantastic colleagues with whom I have a close bond.

  • There's a healthy work-life balance.

  • Plukon continues to strive for growth and expansion to strengthen its position in the market.

"Plukon offers excellent employment conditions, but it's the colleagues who make the difference."

Martine's workday

Quality control is paramount. My day starts with collecting the control forms from the previous day's production. Once I have them, I take the time to thoroughly review and check them. My workdays are very varied. The constant variety keeps me sharp and motivated. I'm grateful that I can contribute to the company's success every day.

That's how Martine ended up at Plukon.

With 35 years of service, I have a long history with Plukon and have had the privilege of working at three different locations. My career began at Maïski (a chicken processing plant). Then I moved to the Aarschot site, and I've now been working at the Olen site for 10 years.
