As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Facilitator, I am responsible for closely monitoring and mapping processes. My role includes analyzing these processes and implementing improvement projects. I also monitor the established targets (KPIs) and collaborate with management on new improvement processes.

Thibeau's workday
Continuously improving processes to become even more efficient. The work varies considerably, but we follow a fixed meeting structure. In the morning, my colleagues and I visit various departments to stay up-to-date. First, there's a meeting with the production department heads, followed by a meeting with the technical department. All the information comes together during the Operations meeting. After this meeting, we get started on our projects, depending on what we're currently working on.
That's how Thibeau ended up at Plukon.
I started four years ago as a student worker, which is where I first encountered Plukon. I then had the opportunity to complete my internship and thesis at Plukon. This experience opened the door to working as a CI Facilitator, a role I've now held for two years.
