In my role as a mentor, I welcome temporary workers and guide them throughout the day in their work in the production department. I show them how to perform their tasks, such as sorting chickens, separating thighs, and arranging legs. My goal is to ensure that the temporary workers feel supported and can perform their tasks with confidence.
That's why Soad works at Plukon
Quality and hygiene are highly valued.
Everyone is motivated and engaged.
Colleagues are always ready to listen.
"I love my job. I arrive with a smile and leave with a smile."

Soad's workday
Training new employees so they can grow faster. I start my workday by welcoming new temporary workers to the production department. I make sure they feel welcome right away and give them a brief introduction to the company and their role. Then I take the temporary workers to the production area and show them step by step how to perform their tasks. I ensure that every task is clearly explained and demonstrated, so the temporary workers know exactly what's expected of them.

That's how Soad ended up at Plukon.
I had been working as a French woman in Belgium for a while and wanted to learn Dutch. While I was studying Dutch, I came into contact with Plukon and heard they were hiring. I took a chance, was able to start working fairly quickly, and have now been working here passionately for 24 years.
Meet my colleagues too
